Our highly skilled staff produce collectors of the highest quality in state-of-the-art plants.

Punching: The deep-drawn collector sheet is punched on the sides for the header pipes.

Header pipes preparation: Holes are drilled into the header pipes for the 8mm grid pipes.

Brazing: 12/8mm grid pipes are brazed to the header pipes to form the "register".

Bending: The absorber sheet is bent in shape on either side.

Laser welding: The register is placed on the absorber sheet and welded to it at 4 points per centimetre.

Checking: Air is pumped into the pipes to check for possible leaks. If necessary, further brazing work is carried out.

Glas washer: Clear glas or structured solar glas is washed and dried.

Assembly of the deep-drawn sheet, insulation, absorber, glass, and pressing of the lower and cover profiles.

Packaging: The collector is wrapped in foil, protected with polystyrene around the edges and shrink wrapped.
